He has worked in the roles of Executive Management, Technology Management, Chief Architect, Methods Expert, Business Systems Analyst, Business Systems Architecture, Ontology/Taxonomy and Data Architecture, Business Systems Integration Architecture; Project Manager and Technical Development Manager.

Recapping his career, Mr. Shaker spent five years in the Banking and Financial sectors, thirteen years were spent in the Insurance sector evenly split between Life, Health and Property and Casualty. Finally, and overlapping the insurance engagement, 10 years were spent in the Government, Telecommunications and Manufacturing sectors.
