Audrey Toland - EVP / Business Development Executive

Audrey Toland’s career spans over 20 years working within advanced technology and business management consulting environments. She has extensive experience with organizing, planning and directing strategic business operations. Audrey began her career in business development with Digital Equipment Corporation. She was responsible for defining and executing account strategies and leading cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives. During her tenure with Cap Gemini, Audrey collaborated with industry consultants to design and implement system solutions to address issues across the enterprise. These solutions were varied and included business process reengineering, organizational change management, and software package reviews and selections.

More recently Audrey has focused on growing NovaTek’s Aerospace & Defense business. She leads all aspects of proposal development, contract management, sales & marketing, and business development. She is also responsible for NovaTek’s product and service development strategy and implementation, and all aspects of our Internet presence on the World Wide Web. Audrey is also responsible for corporate level service engagement management and quality control.

Ms. Audrey graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and brings to the firm a strong understanding of business structure, business operations, and sales and marketing in the advance technology sector.
